The company implements a project for the development of employee skillsThe goal of the project is to improve the skills of employees in the field of information technology. Įmonė nuolat investuoja į įrangos ir informacinių technologijų diegimą. Efektyviam darbui su informacinėmis technologijomis labai svarbūs techniniai įmonės darbuotojų įgūdžiai. Kadangi technologijos nuolat atnaujinamos, reikia suteikti naujus įgūdžius. Numatyti finansinių ir verslo valdymo programų naudojimo, finansinių ir sandėlio valdymo programų naudojimo mokymai, transporto eismo srautų ir procesų optimizavimo bei logistikos procesų optimizavimo mokymai, taip pat kibernetinio saugumo mokymai. Naujai įgyti įgūdžiai leis darbuotojams dirbti, efektyviau ir našiau. Projektas ženkliai prisidės prie įmonės darbo našumo augimo bei veiklos efektyvumo ir konkurencingumo didinimo. Implementation of e-sales transaction solutions in UAB "Laika Logistics"Objective: to implement e-sales transaction solutions on the company's website in order to promote the digitisation of the company. Result: Automated ordering of services on an e-commerce platform with the possibility to pay for services online. The solution aims to increase sales of the company's services. The project is implemented under the impact of the Progress measure "Promote the digitalisation of enterprises" under the "Promote the digitalisation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises by financing the deployment of e-sales transaction solutions, the configuration and visualisation of services and products" (Central and Western Lithuania region).
